Wonder whether anyone can help me, when I bought my property in VT and set up the company I was never given a Bulstat card, only found out last week I should of been given one.

You need to apply for this, but is only needed if you are activly trading. The bulstat number is on your company documents if needed.

Thanks Sparky, reason Im asking is because I recently paid a bulgarian solicitor to re-register my company and she asked me for it, and wont do anything till I give her the number. Im not doing anything with my company other than owning a derelict house I bought to retire too. I live in Manchester btw.

we set up our company in aug 2008 and were given an a4 document with our details + stamp.
this we were told is our bulstat as cards are no longer issued.
