Bank stole 250 GBP from rejected cash withdrawal in Bulgaria

Hi
I do not know how long ago this happened but yes the same thing happended to me. I tried to take cash from the ATM in Praktiker and it counted the cash but never gave me any from the machine. I went to the bank and explained to them and they said if I did not receive the money then it would go back into my account in 3 to 5 workings days and it did. My bank told me that they have a code which tells them whether the money was issued or not. hope this helps.

Hi ya,
I also had the same problem in the UK the bank also credited my account in 48 hrs and no charges, Sad Sad Sad go into the branch and explain they do know how much is in the ATM and they will know if you had the cash
