Expat BBQ meetings in early November
With the weather forecast for Friday, October 10 predicting highs of 19 degrees, expatinbulgaria.com and Andy's Foods will hold the next Expat BBQ at the Shaslivetsa bar and pub in Veliko Turnovo, where we look forward to seeing all of our members in the VT area.
Because of the change of season, depending on occasion and weather forecast, we will combine the BBQ format with roast-carveries.
The first roast-carvery will be held in Sofia, at JJ Murphy's on November 1st.
On November 5 expatinbulgaria.com and Andy's Foods will join with a BBQ the Bonfire Night celebration organised by Bansko-based companies Creative Interiors and Chalet Orbelus at the Avalon Hotel. The all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet starts at 6pm, entrance fee is 15 leva.
On Sunday November 9, we'll return to Sofia for a Remembrance Day celebration at the 2030 brasserie. From 10.30am onwards, there will be commemoration at the British War Cemetery in Sofia, after which the German and French cemeteries will be visited.
The reception starts at 12.30pm at the 2030 brasserie in the Lozenetz neighbourhood.
