Japanese DJ Satoshi Tomiie back in Bulgaria

One of Japan’s most prominent DJs and producers Satoshi Tomiie is coming to Sofia for another exciting house party on the fatal Friday, June 13. He would play at the New York party of Escape club.

During Tomiie’s previous sets in the country, the fans found out why he is the most successful Japanese DJ. This time they will only enjoy the magnetic sets of Tomiie. Bulgarian Yasen Petrov from Metropolis would spin together with Tomiie.

Right after the party in Bulgaria, Tomiie will fly to Ibiza to open the legendary Pacha club.

Besides being a DJ, the Japanese also writes soundtracks, including the one of Animatrix, the animated stories based on the cult film The Matrix. His way to success began when a Japanese cosmetics company asked him to collaborate by creating a track for an upcoming Frankie Knuckles show. Knuckles saw his potential and their mutual work resulted in the house classic Tears.

After triumphing in his own country, Tomiie decided to climb new hills by moving to New York, where competition turned out to be much more difficult. Joining the Def Mix crew helped him become recognised as one of the top DJs in the world.
