Land market, industrial property and investment in Bulgaria analysed online

The newest web project of Sofia Echo Media, www.propertywisebulgaria.com, is already presenting deeper look at Bulgaria’s property market online.

The website compiles the issue before the last of PropertyWise, the specialised English-language property magazine, and daily news updates on real estate developments in Bulgaria.

Issue 1 of PropertyWise, available since September 2006, gives readers a view of the Bulgarian agriculture land market, industrial and residential property developments, wine tourism and architecture.

For the central topic of the issue visit 360? section. Issue 1 discusses Bulgaria’s land market. Administrative barriers have hindered developments in the sector but investment interest has given it the initial push, followed by EU funds and the setting up of investment trusts.

PropertyWise also takes a look at wine tourism, one of the currently evolving tourism opportunities in Bulgaria. Wining the Way presents the tourism opportunities in Bulgarian wineries located on the way to the Black Sea coast.

Other magazine features will give additional insight in Bulgaria’s property dynamics. Property Pro features the opinion of a well-known property expert, while One of a Kind discusses unique property projects.

PropertyWise is a by-monthly coming out the last Friday of every other month. Content of the previous issue becomes available at www.propertywisebulgaria.com, as soon as the newest issue appears on the market.
