Most companies in Bulgaria see 2006 as successful year
Most Bulgarian companies saw 2006 as successful for their activities year, a poll of the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) showed.
Good results were registered in the work of 68 per cent of the companies, Focus news agency said quoting poll results. Nearly 32 per cent of the companies said they maintained the levels from the previous year.
The poll took into consideration the opinions of 300 managers and company owners, Focus reported.
One major difference from poll results the previous year is the fact that zero per cent of the companies declared poorer results than those for previous periods.
Nearly 78 per cent of the companies increased the number of products they offered and 72 per cent plan to do so in 2007.
Positive results were registered for export levels as well. Nearly 65 per cent of the companies exported production in 2006. Out of all companies, 35 per cent worked for the domestic market solely.
